Bouquet care

Unwrap carefully and place the flowers in a clean vase with fresh water. Trim the stems at an angle and remove leaves below the waterline. Refresh the water daily and keep the bouquet in a cool indoor spot away from direct sunlight, heat and direct air-conditioning airflow. Remove fading blooms gently.

A little care around children & pets

Display your bouquet out of reach of curious pets and little hands. This mixed bouquet is not intended to be pet-safe. Handle stems gently as roses may have thorns, and keep wrapping, ribbons and flower food safely tucked away. Flowers are for enjoying, not eating.

Important disclaimer & substitutions

Fresh flowers vary naturally in shade, size and opening stage. The delivered bouquet will maintain the overall style and white-and-green colour palette shown. Flower placement and foliage may vary slightly.

If a specific bloom, wrapping or ribbon is unavailable, we may propose an equal- or greater-value substitute preserving the overall aesthetic and colour palette. We will notify you via WhatsApp before dispatch. If you do not accept the proposed substitution, you may request a full refund before dispatch, in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Flower longevity depends on care and surroundings. Place the bouquet in a cool indoor environment immediately upon receipt and avoid leaving it outdoors in UAE heat. Provide accurate delivery details and ensure the recipient is available.
