Boutique Operating Hours
Our boutique and customer service team are available daily to assist you:
- Morning Opening: 8:00 AM (UAE Time)
- Evening Closing: 11:00 PM (UAE Time)
- Standard Delivery Window: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Delivery Services & Pricing (Dubai)
We offer premium delivery options tailored to our Dubai clientele:
- Complimentary Delivery: Orders exceeding AED 250.00 are eligible for Free Delivery within Dubai, provided they are placed before 8:00 PM.
- Standard Delivery (Before 8:00 PM): For orders below AED 250.00, a flat rate of AED 25.00 applies.

- Orders Below AED 250.00: AED 30.00 – AED 35.00
- Orders Above AED 250.00: AED 25.00 – AED 30.00
Final fees are determined by arrangement size, specific location, and peak-hour logistics.
UAE-Wide Delivery (Other Emirates)
- Complimentary Same-Day Delivery: Orders exceeding AED 400.00 qualify for free delivery to other Emirates on normal working days.
- Same-Day Cut-off: 6:00 PM daily.
- Evening & Priority Requests (Post 6:00 PM): Please connect with our team via WhatsApp. Fees are based on bouquet size and transit distance.
Our Quality Confirmation Process
- Visual Preview: Once your bouquet is artistically prepared, we will share a video via WhatsApp for your approval.
- Dispatch Commitment: Your order is dispatched upon your confirmation. For our 2-hour express service, the delivery window commences from the moment this visual confirmation is shared.
Peak Seasons & Festive Periods
During high-demand periods — including Valentine's Day, Eid, Mother's Day, Women's Day, Children's Day, National Day, Christmas, New Year, and other festive seasons — specific time guarantees may be subject to slight adjustments. We recommend placing orders at least 24–48 hours in advance during these periods to secure your preferred delivery slot.
Logistics & Access
To guarantee a successful delivery, please provide a precise location link and a valid contact number. Blossoms Whispering is not responsible for delays resulting from restricted gate access, incorrect coordinates, or unforeseen traffic conditions.
For deliveries to restricted or controlled-access areas, customers must provide the name, contact information, and reference of an authorised recipient. If required details are not provided, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. Delays due to entry approvals or security clearances are beyond our control.
Floral Integrity & Receiving Guidelines
- Temperature-Controlled Transit: All orders are dispatched in climate-controlled vehicles. The recipient must be available at the provided delivery time.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier will attempt to contact you if the recipient is unavailable. Leaving flowers outdoors in UAE temperatures is at the customer's own risk and voids any freshness guarantees.
- Redelivery Fee: AED 15.00 – AED 25.00 applies for redelivery due to incorrect address or recipient absence.
- Immediate Care: Upon receipt, place the arrangement in a cool, indoor environment immediately. Care instructions are provided with every bouquet.
Substitution Policy
While we strive to match every arrangement to the website imagery, flowers are seasonal products. In the rare event that a specific bloom is unavailable, we will substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall aesthetic and colour palette. We will notify you via WhatsApp prior to dispatch. If you are not satisfied with the proposed substitution, you may request a full refund before the order is dispatched.
Order Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value, as preparation and sourcing of fresh florals will have already commenced. For same-day orders, cancellations are non-refundable once the arrangement has been prepared.
Limitation of Liability
Blossoms Whispering Trading LLC shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, restricted access, adverse weather, or traffic disruptions. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Photographic Evidence
Our delivery team may photograph the arrangement at the point of handover as proof of delivery and condition. This documentation is retained for quality assurance purposes.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from orders placed with Blossoms Whispering Trading LLC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
