Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Blossoms Whispering, we take immense pride in the artistry and freshness of our floral arrangements. Because our products are highly perishable and custom-made, we adhere to the following professional standards regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Order Cancellations

Scheduled Pre-Orders: To be eligible for a full refund, cancellations for orders scheduled for future dates must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date.

Same-Day & Express 2-Hour Orders: These orders enter immediate preparation upon receipt to meet our delivery guarantee. Therefore, they are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the arrangement process has commenced.

Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods—including Valentine’s Day, Eid, Mother’s Day, Women’s Day, Children’s Day, National Day, Christmas, and New Year—cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

2. Quality Guarantee & Freshness Claims

Signature Visual Approval: We share a video preview of your arrangement via WhatsApp for your reference. Once the arrangement is confirmed and dispatched, the order is considered final.

Immediate Quality Concerns: Due to the delicate nature of fresh flora and the local climate, any concerns regarding the condition of the blooms must be reported within 3 hours of delivery.

Verification: To be eligible for a review, please provide a clear photograph of the arrangement via WhatsApp within this 3-hour window. Claims made after this period will not be accepted, as the longevity of the flowers depends entirely on the recipient's immediate care (hydration and temperature control).

3.Natural Integrity & Artisan Substitutions

We believe in the pure, natural beauty of fresh blooms. To maintain our high standards:

Natural Promise: We do not use artificial flowers, synthetic fragrances, or artificial colors in our standard arrangements.

Artisan Substitutions: As flowers are seasonal, our florists may occasionally substitute certain blooms with varieties of equal or greater value to maintain the overall style and elegance of your bouquet.

Bespoke Requests: Artificial elements, color enhancements, or premium fragrances will only be included if explicitly requested by the client during the ordering process or via WhatsApp.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect Information: Delays or failed deliveries due to inaccurate addresses or missing recipient contact details.

Recipient Absence/Refusal: If the recipient is unavailable to receive the flowers or refuses the gift delivery.

Environmental Damage: Freshness issues resulting from flowers being left in high temperatures, direct sunlight, or without water after a successful delivery.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the transaction to be finalized by your financial institution.
