Where to display
A staffroom table, reception counter or home console, on a stable, water-resistant surface in a cool indoor spot away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep clear of busy classroom areas and allow room for the gift box and ribbon.
Flower care
Keep the basket upright and leave the flowers and greenery arranged in their basket. Check the water source daily. If stems sit in floral foam, slowly add a little clean water to keep the foam moist without soaking the wicker basket, wrapped gift box or ribbon or overflowing its liner; if there is a separate water container, top it up as needed. If you cannot locate or access the water source, contact us for care advice rather than dismantling the arrangement. Keep away from heat and air-conditioning drafts. Gently remove fading blooms and leaves without disturbing the delicate wax flowers and gypsophila. Support the basket underneath when moving it. Flowers and decorative greenery are not for eating; keep them, floral foam and decorative accessories out of reach of pets and young children. Handle rose stems carefully as they may have thorns.

Shop hours: 8:00 AM–11:00 PM. Order acceptance starts at 9:00 AM. All times are UAE local time.
Dubai: Orders are accepted from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The last order time is 9:00 PM.
Outside Dubai: Orders are accepted from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders received after 6:00 PM are scheduled for the next day. For a same-day request after 6:00 PM, please contact us directly. Late delivery is subject to confirmation, and the delivery charge will vary based on distance.
Our gift baskets are carefully packed and hand-delivered. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
