Should an arrangement arrive damaged or significantly deviate from your confirmed order, please notify us with a photographic record via WhatsApp within three hours of arrival. Please note that as we work exclusively with natural, seasonal blooms, slight variations in shade, head size, and fragrance are to be expected.
