Where to display

A living room console, dining table or bedside table, on a stable, water-resistant surface in a cool indoor spot away from direct sunlight and heat. Allow room for the Love topper. Bring the arrangement indoors immediately upon receipt rather than leaving it outside in UAE heat.

Flower care

Keep the basket upright and leave the roses, baby's breath and greenery arranged in their basket. Check the water source daily. If stems sit in floral foam, slowly add a little clean water to keep the foam moist without soaking the basket, ribbon or topper or overflowing its liner; if there is a separate water container, top it up as needed. If you cannot locate or access the water source, contact us for care advice rather than dismantling the arrangement. Keep away from heat and air-conditioning drafts. Gently remove fading blooms and leaves without disturbing the delicate baby's breath. Support the basket underneath when moving it rather than lifting it by the topper. Keep flowers, floral foam, decorative accessories and packaging out of reach of pets and young children. They are not intended for consumption. Handle rose stems carefully as they may have thorns.

Shop hours: 8:00 AM–11:00 PM. Order acceptance starts at 9:00 AM. All times are UAE local time.

Dubai: Orders are accepted from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The last order time is 9:00 PM.

Outside Dubai: Orders are accepted from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders received after 6:00 PM are scheduled for the next day. For a same-day request after 6:00 PM, please contact us directly. Late delivery is subject to confirmation, and the delivery charge will vary based on distance.

Complimentary delivery terms remain subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy: Dubai orders exceeding AED 250 placed before 8:00 PM qualify for complimentary delivery; other Emirates orders exceeding AED 400 qualify for complimentary same-day delivery on normal working days. For after-hours or priority requests, contact us to confirm availability and fees.

During peak seasons, delivery time guarantees may be adjusted; please order 24–48 hours ahead. We share a video of your prepared arrangement via WhatsApp for approval and dispatch upon your confirmation.

Due to the natural and seasonal nature of fresh flowers, the arrangement delivered may vary slightly in colour, size or composition from the photograph. We always strive to deliver arrangements of equal or greater value and beauty, maintaining the style and spirit of the original design.

If a specific bloom is unavailable, our florists may substitute a flower of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and colour palette. We will notify you via WhatsApp before dispatch. If you are not satisfied with the proposed substitution, you may request a full refund before the order is dispatched, in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Our standard floral arrangements do not use artificial flowers, synthetic fragrances or artificial colours. Artificial floral elements, colour enhancements or premium fragrances are included only when explicitly requested. Decorative accessories shown are part of the presentation.

Natural variations do not qualify as grounds for a refund or replacement under our Return & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns of delivered perishable products. If there is a quality or condition issue, contact concierge@blossomswhispering.ae within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs. Deterioration caused by improper care after delivery is not covered.

At Blossoms Whispering, we guarantee the artistry and freshness of our floral arrangements at the precise moment of delivery. Should an arrangement arrive damaged or significantly deviate from your confirmed order, please notify us with a photographic record via WhatsApp within three hours of arrival. As premium flora requires immediate hydration and a climate-controlled environment to survive the UAE climate, we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of blooms once they have been in the recipient's care beyond this initial window or if they have been maintained in unsuitable conditions. Please note that as we work exclusively with natural, seasonal blooms, slight variations in shade, head size, and fragrance are to be expected. To preserve their organic beauty, we do not utilize artificial scents or color enhancements unless specifically requested. Furthermore, due to the immediate procurement and artisanal preparation required, Same-day and Express orders are strictly non-refundable once placed.
