Rose care

Place the stems in a clean vase with fresh water promptly. Trim the stem ends at an angle and remove leaves below the waterline. Refresh the water regularly. Keep indoors in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat, ripening fruit and direct air-conditioning airflow.

A little care around children & pets

Display your bouquet out of reach of curious pets and little ones. Handle stems gently as roses may have thorns, and keep ribbons and flower food safely tucked away. Flowers are for enjoying, not eating.

Important disclaimer & substitutions

Fresh roses vary naturally in shade, size and opening stage. The delivered arrangement will maintain the overall style and red-and-white colour palette shown. Wrapping and placement may vary slightly.

If a specific bloom is unavailable, we may propose an equal- or greater-value substitute preserving the overall aesthetic and colour palette. We will notify you via WhatsApp before dispatch. If you do not accept the proposed substitution, you may request a full refund before dispatch, in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Flower longevity depends on care and surroundings. Place the bouquet in a cool indoor environment immediately upon receipt and avoid leaving it outdoors in UAE heat. Provide accurate delivery details and ensure the recipient is available.
