What the listed price covers: The rose bouquet and floral presentation. The phone, banknotes and other personal items pictured are examples provided by a customer; they are not included in the price and will not be supplied by Blossoms Whispering. Discuss the items you will provide and how to hand them to us before ordering.

Delivery: In Dubai, orders placed before 8:00 PM follow our standard delivery terms, subject to availability and location; after-hours or priority fees may apply after 8:00 PM. For other UAE emirates, the same-day order cutoff is 6:00 PM. Timing may vary during peak periods. Arrange customer-supplied items with us in advance; see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full terms.

Flower care: Remove any gift items before caring for the flowers. Trim the rose stems diagonally and place them in clean water. Refresh the water every two days and keep away from direct sun, heat and air-conditioning drafts.

Please note: The red, pink, white and peach images show illustrative colour options, not four finished arrangements. Rose shade, shape and availability vary. We will discuss significant substitutions before dispatch. The phone, banknotes and any other personal items are not supplied with the bouquet.

Delivery Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM (UAE Time), 7 days a week. Express Delivery: Available within 2 hours once your bouquet is prepared. Service Area: Comprehensive delivery across all Emirates, including Dubai, with cut-offs at 8:00 PM (Dubai) and 6:00 PM (Other Emirates). Variable Factors: Exact arrival times are determined by bouquet size, recipient location, and current traffic conditions. Transit Care: All flowers are transported in climate-controlled vehicles to maintain freshness during the UAE's high temperatures.

At Blossoms Whispering, we guarantee the artistry and freshness of our floral arrangements at the precise moment of delivery. Should an arrangement arrive damaged or significantly deviate from your confirmed order, please notify us with a photographic record via WhatsApp within three hours of arrival. As premium flora requires immediate hydration and a climate-controlled environment to survive the UAE climate, we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of blooms once they have been in the recipient's care beyond this initial window or if they have been maintained in unsuitable conditions. Please note that as we work exclusively with natural, seasonal blooms, slight variations in shade, head size, and fragrance are to be expected. To preserve their organic beauty, we do not utilize artificial scents or color enhancements unless specifically requested. Furthermore, due to the immediate procurement and artisanal preparation required, Same-day and Express orders are strictly non-refundable once placed.
