Should an arrangement arrive damaged or significantly deviate from your confirmed order, please notify us with a photographic record via WhatsApp within three hours of arrival. As premium flora requires immediate hydration and a climate-controlled environment to survive the UAE climate, we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of blooms once they have been in the recipient's care beyond this initial window or if they have been maintained in unsuitable conditions.
