Vase Care & Safety

Check the water level daily and keep stems supplied with clean water. Refresh water every 1–2 days, remove leaves below the waterline, and trim accessible stems diagonally when refreshing. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and air-conditioning vents. Remove fading blooms. Lilies are highly toxic to cats: keep the entire arrangement, pollen, and vase water away from cats.

Should an arrangement arrive damaged or significantly deviate from your confirmed order, please notify us with a photographic record via WhatsApp within three hours of arrival.
