Keep the box dry and remove fading petals or leaves. Avoid placing near air-conditioning vents. Keep flowers, holly berries, and decorative elements away from children and pets.

Should an arrangement arrive damaged or significantly deviate from your confirmed order, please notify us with a photographic record via WhatsApp within three hours of arrival.
