Flower care

Place the stems in a clean vase with fresh water promptly. Trim the stem ends at an angle and remove leaves below the waterline. Refresh the water regularly. Keep indoors in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat, ripening fruit and direct air-conditioning airflow.

Child & pet safety

This arrangement is decorative and not edible. Baby’s breath can cause stomach upset in cats and dogs if eaten. Keep flowers, foliage, rose thorns, wrapping, twine and flower food away from pets and young children. Contact a veterinarian if your pet eats any part of the arrangement or becomes unwell.

Important disclaimer & substitutions

Fresh flowers vary naturally in shade, size and opening stage. The delivered arrangement will maintain the overall style and colour palette shown. Filler placement and wrapping may vary slightly.

If a specific bloom is unavailable, we may propose an equal- or greater-value substitute preserving the overall style and colour palette. We will notify you via WhatsApp before dispatch. If you do not accept the proposed substitution, you may request a full refund before dispatch, in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Flower longevity depends on care and surroundings. Place the flowers in a cool indoor environment immediately upon receipt and avoid leaving them outdoors in UAE heat. Provide accurate delivery details and ensure the recipient is available.
