To ensure every bloom remains pristine against the UAE climate, we utilize a private fleet of climate-controlled vehicles for all transits. Please note that arrival windows are gracefully adjusted based on the scale of your chosen arrangement, your proximity to our studio, and peak traffic conditions. For same-day service, we kindly request orders be placed by 8:00 PM for Dubai and 6:00 PM for all other Emirates.

At Blossoms Whispering, we guarantee the artistry and freshness of our floral arrangements at the precise moment of delivery. Should an arrangement arrive damaged or significantly deviate from your confirmed order, please notify us with a photographic record via WhatsApp within three hours of arrival.
As premium flora requires immediate hydration and a climate-controlled environment to survive the UAE climate, we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of blooms once they have been in the recipient's care beyond this initial window or if they have been maintained in unsuitable conditions.
Please note that as we work exclusively with natural, seasonal blooms, slight variations in shade, head size, and fragrance are to be expected. To preserve their organic beauty, we do not utilize artificial scents or color enhancements unless specifically requested.
